PEAK Complyance was founded for one reason: to help the backbone of the American defense industry — the small and mid-sized subcontractors — thrive in this new era of defense contractor cybersecurity. We saw too many great companies being pushed out of the market by the sheer complexity of CMMC compliance requirements.

Our team is comprised of cybersecurity veterans with decades of experience in the defense, aerospace, and intelligence communities. We've been on both sides of the audit table. Nancy Laney

Nancy Laney is President and Owner of PEAK Complyance in Oregon, a CyberAB RPO. With over 30 years of expertise in compliance design and implementation, Nancy's passion is bringing compliance realization within reach of the SMBs in the defense industrial base. She is a CMMC Registered Professional-Advanced (RPA) and has professional certifications in Project Management (PMP), Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS), and has implemented many certification standards including ITIL, HIPAA, CIS and NIST 800-53 & 800-171r2.

Nancy's mission is to make the complex understandable and distill experience based, best practices to guide SMBs seeking CMMC certification. Through her instructional videos, personal coaching, group coaching sessions, and with a proven suite of tools, compliance teams can get on the path to audit readiness immediately.
